Reading Clips

Keep what matters from what you read—and find it again.

Why this app? Have you ever found yourself thinking, “I remember reading something about that, but where was it?” or “What were the exact words of that quotation?” or “I really want to remember that thought!”

Reading Clips enables you to build a personal library of passages, quotations, facts, and ideas that you find meaningful in books, magazines, web pages, and other sources. Using your iPhone camera, copying and pasting, or dictation, you can create clips that preserve source information along with any thoughts you have about what you’ve saved.

Later, you can find clips you have collected and use them in conversation, in your own writing, to trace your own thinking, or for further exploration—all the while being confident that you know where each clip came from and exactly what it said.
